PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS ABOUT CARE AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT:

Quimióleo is a product LIGHTLY HAZARDOUS TO THE ENVIRONMENT (CLASS IV).

  • Avoid environmental contamination - Preserve Nature;
  • Do not use leaking equipments;
  • Do not apply the product under strong winds or at the hottest hours;
  • Apply only the recommended doses;
  • Do not wash applying packages or equipment in lakes, springs, rivers and such other water sources. Avoid water contamination;
  • Inappropriate disposal of packaging or product waste causes contamination of soil, water and air, damaging the fauna, flora and health of people;
  • Do not perform aerial application of pesticides in areas located at a distance of less than 500 (five hundred) meters of population and sources of water for public supply and of 250 (two hundred and fifty) meters of water sources, isolated dwellings, clusters of animals and vegetation susceptible to damage;
  • Observe the provisions in state and municipal legislation regarding aerial activities.

PRODUCT STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSERVATION THEREOF AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION:

  • Keep the product in its original package, always closed;
  • The site must be exclusive to toxic products and must be isolated from food, beverages, feed or other materials;
  • The construction must be made of masonry or non-combustible material;
  • The premises must be ventilated, covered and have impermeable floor;
  • Insert warning sign with the words: WARNING POISON;
  • Lock the place, avoiding the access of unauthorized persons, especially children;
  • Suitable packaging must always be available to wrap broken packaging or to collect leaked products;
  • In the case of warehouses, the instructions in NBR 9843 of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards - ABNT must be followed;
  • Observe the provisions in state and municipal legislation.

INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE OF ACCIDENT:

  • Isolate and signal contaminated area;
  • Contact the relevant local authorities and the company FÊNIX Agro Pecus Industrial LTDA. Emergency phone (+5515) 3282-4366;
  • In case of spillage, tighten the drain, not allowing the product to enter gully holes, drains or water bodies. Follow the instructions below:
  • In case of fire, use dry chemical powder (PQS), CO2 or water fog extinguishers, staying in the wind to avoid intoxication.

RETURN OF EMPTY PACKS:

The return of the package to the establishment where the product was acquired is obligatory, or at location appointed in written form, at formal bill (receipt) of purchase, according to the instructions in prescription.
Do not store or transport packages along with food, beverages, animal food, medication, animals or people.

The improper destination of packages and remains of product in the environment cause soil, water and air contamination.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE PRESCRIPTION REFERRING TO PROCEEDINGS FOR WASHING AND/OR PACKAGES DESTINATION.

PRODUCTS IMPROPER FOR USING OR WHICH ARE NOT BEING USED:

If this product becomes unsuitable or out of use, consult the registrant over the phone (+5515) 3285-4366 for its return and final disposal.

TRANSPORT OF AGROCHEMICALS, COMPONENTS AND RELATED:

Transport is subject to the rules and procedures laid down in the specific legislation.

PRECAUTIONS AT HANDLING:

  • Use eye protection: if there is contact between the product and the eyes, wash them imediately, CHECK FIRST AID;
  • Use mask to cover nose and mouth: in the event the product is inhaled or breathed in, seek a ventilated place, CHECK FIRST AID;
  • Use nitrile rubber or neoprene gloves: at contact between the product and the skin, wash it immediately, CHECK FIRST AID;
  • When opening the package, do it so avoiding sprinkling: wear overalls with long sleeves, hat with large brim, glasses or face protection, gloves, boots, impermeable apron and proper mask.

PRECAUTIONS DURING APPLICATION:

  • Avoid as much as possible the contact with application area;
  • The product produces mist, use mask covering the nose and the mouth.

PRECAUTIONS AFTER APPLICATION:

  • Do not reuse empty package;
  • Keep the rest of the product properly closed, in original package, at locked compartment, far from the reach of children and animals;
  • Take a shower immediately after applying the product.

FIRST AID:

Seek emergency medical service immediately by taking the package, label, package insert and/or agronomic prescription of the product.

  • Ingestion: if swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs naturally, lie the person on their side. Do not give anything to drink or eat.
  • Eyes: in case of contact, wash with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes. Prevent washing water from entering the other eye.
  • Skin: in case of contact, remove all contaminated clothing and accessories (belt, bracelet, glasses, watch, rings, etc) and wash skin with plenty of running water and neutral soap for at least 15 minutes.
  • Inhaling: if product is inhaled (''breathed"), move person to fresh air.

The person who helps will protect themselves from contamination by wearing waterproof gloves and aprons, for example.
