Quimifol TQ Clear

Tank cleaning agent and agricultural spray equipment

Quimifol TQ Clear is a widely used cleaner and decontaminant.

Developed exclusively for cleaning agricultural spraying equipment, suitable for cleaning, descaling, degassing and degreasing equipment.

There are numerous damages caused in crops due to sprayers contaminated with pesticides. However, this is a problem that can be resolved with preventative cleaning measures.

FOR WASHING SPRAY TANKS

• Remove the tips and place them in a 20-liter bucket with water and 50 mL of Quimifol TQ Clear for 30 minutes.


• Add at least 100 liters of water to the sprayer tank and depending on the degree of residue in the tank, a spray volume of up to 30% of the tank's capacity must be added.


• Turn on the stirrer and place the product Quimifol TQ Clear at a dosage of 250 mL/100 Liters of water in tank (if using a higher volume of water, carry out the product equivalence calculation). Stir the treated water well and apply jets with the return hose throughout the interior of the tank, until the entire interior is clean, allowing the prepared solution to circulate for approximately 30 minutes.


• Turn on the bar and completely drain the solution prepared by the system.
  Note: Always carry out this cleaning in an isolated area, to avoid contamination of the environment (springs, etc.).


• Add clean water until the sprayer tank is completely filled and turn on the pressure bar again until all the water is drained from the system.


• Return to bucket with water (20L) treated with Quimifol TQ Clear and clean tips and sieves using a brush and gloves.


• Replace the tips and sieves in the sprayer.


• With the use of Quimifol TQ Clear your equipment is decontaminated and ready for the next spray.

• Add at least 100 liters of water to the sprayer tank;
• Use PPEs when the spray tank has chemical residues;
